Stephen McNally is uniquely qualified to develop new business strategies in high technology specialty chemicals. With over 20 years experience in Marketing, Sales, New Business Development, Planning and Research, he has real-world experience to make the plans and advice successful. Mr. McNally had P&L responsibility for optoelectronic specialty chemicals at EM Industries, the American associate of E. Merck, Darmstadt, Germany. The products included evaporation chemicals for optical coatings, liquid crystals, HT-superconductor powder, and battery chemicals. Other consulting assignments have included work in compound semiconductors, solar cells, fuel cells, semiconductors and other flat panel displays, including OLEDs. One of Mr. McNally¹s unique qualifications is starting a new business venture within Merck in battery chemicals. This involved all the internal and external projects, within a multi-national team, and it became a profitable business. Other skills and experience are in technical presentations, work in trade associations, national account management, budgeting and capacity planning and sales force automation software. Education includes a BA in chemistry from New York University, MS in chemistry from Yale University, and an MBA in marketing and finance from Rutgers University.
